Executive Director: Provides overall oversight & supervision of day-to-day facility operations. Ensures budgeting guidelines are maintained & managed in accordance with yearly plan. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Criminology, Business, or related field. Prefer Master’s Degree in related field. Candidates must have five years of experience working with specialized needs youth. Two of the five years must be in a management role within a juvenile justice residential setting supervising employees. Strongly prefer candidate to have experience working with youth having sexual offender issues or developmental issues.
